What personal data we collect and why we collect it
GDPR – Handling of your address and purchase information here at Persiskt.se.
On May 25, 2018, a new law, GDPR, comes into effect. It is a common law that will ensure that the same rules apply everywhere throughout Europe. GDPR replaces the Personal Data Act (PUL). With GDPR, the responsibility of all organizations, traders and companies to have control over their customers’ data increases.
Persiskt.se is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provide to us as a customer and these are processed by us to be able to administer your purchases, as well as for marketing purposes in cases where you have signed up for a newsletter or are a customer in our online store.
Persiskt.se never gives out personal data, e-mail addresses or other customer information to third parties other than those mentioned in the third point below.
As an e-retailer, Persiskt.se has obligations to ensure that your personal data is processed as follows:
- We store your name, address, e-mail and telephone so that we can deliver your ordered item.
- We store your name, address, e-mail, telephone number and your social security number when purchasing goods.
- We disclose your address to third parties, in this case the forwarders DHL/Schenker/Postnord.
- You have the right to be deleted from the systems at any time (with certain restrictions, such as the Accounting Act)
- We store your data upon purchase for 7 years due to the Accounting Act.
- You have the right to complain to the supervisory authority.
- You have the right to find out where the information came from, if you have not registered it yourself.
- In newsletters, we can send offers that are adapted to your data with us, and in such cases you have to know on which stored information we base our offers to you on.
- You have the right to receive an extract of all information that we have about your account with us.
Persiskt.se uses Google Analytics as a tool to get a picture of how visitors use the website. We use the information to see how the visitor, our customer, uses our website and our various categories and pages. We produce visitor statistics, for example we use reports of visits to the website to improve content, navigation and structure. The information is not saved at Persiskt.se. The analysis tool uses cookies and the information generated by these through your use of the website is forwarded to and stored by Google on servers.
Persiskt.se uses an anonymization function with Google Analytics, where the tool removes the last digits of the visitors’ IP address before the information is stored with Google. Google may transfer this information to third parties if required by law or in cases where a third party processes the information on Google’s behalf.
