Purchase conditions for private individuals
By accepting these purchase terms and your order, a binding agreement arises. When the order is received, an order confirmation is automatically sent to your e-mail address that you specified during your order.
If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact customer service.
All prices in Persiskt.se online store are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT. Shipping is added. We reserve the right to change the prices in the e-shop without prior notification.
In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including all fees. Please note that all goods belong to Persiskt.se until full payment has been made.
Payment method under the Private customer tab
We accept debit and credit cards from Visa, MasterCard. There is no additional card fee. Our credit card payments are handled by our payment partner Klarna.
Invoice 14 days
We cooperate with Klarna. When we ship your order, you will receive an invoice to your email address. The invoice has a payment period of 14 days and there is no invoice fee. If you have any questions regarding your invoice, please contact Klarna on 08-120 120 10.
Klarna Account
With Klarna’s account, your purchases during a month are collected on an invoice that arrives at the end of the following month. Click here and read more

Delivery methods
As a private person, we ship with DHL, which is delivered to the nearest delivery point. Normally, you have your goods delivered within a maximum of one week from when you placed the order. All packages are marked with a trackable shipment number that we email to you when your order leaves Persiskt.se. We only ship within Sweden.
SHIPPING COST
- Shipping fee is added according to Posten’s price list.
- Free shipping on all orders whose value exceeds SEK 500.
With DHL, your package is sent to the nearest delivery point for DHL, you are notified via SMS or email and collect out your package on presentation of identification.
Transport damaged goods
Transport damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and DHL. Be sure to check your shipment upon receipt, that you have received the correct number of parcels compared to the shipping document and that all goods are undamaged.
Unclaimed packages
For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee, currently SEK 150. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery information that results in unclaimed packages, so be careful when filling in your information.
Return & Right of withdrawal
Returns are at your own expense, except if the item is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly, in which case Persiskt.se will of course cover the shipping cost. According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a consumer have the right to return unbroken and faultless goods within the cancellation period, 14 days. The cancellation period starts to apply from the moment you read the conditions for the right of cancellation. If you want to cancel your purchase, you must clearly notify us within the cancellation period of your decision to withdraw from the agreement to info@persiskt.se.
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (but not counting extra delivery costs as a result of you choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer). Costs for return shipping are not reimbursed. The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we were notified of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you yourself used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us. In any case, the refund will not cost you anything.
Complaint
If you are not satisfied with the quality of any product and want to complain about it, then send us a sample of the product together with a justification for the complaint. Based on these, we make an assessment as to whether you as a customer are entitled to compensation for the product. If we accept the complaint, we will reimburse you for the product and transport costs.
