A simple, quick diet cake with date syrup that you must try
Date juice has the same properties as dates. It contains phosphorus and iron, which consumption in breakfast activates nerve cells and at the same time prevents anemia in people. Date juice relieves rheumatic pains and arterial and venous diseases.
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup of date syrup
- 1 glass of flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
Step 1: Mix the eggs, vanilla and juice well until foamy and light in color
Step 2: Add sifted flour and baking powder and mix slowly.
Step 3 :Cover the bottom of a suitable pan or a pot with oil paper
Step 4 : Put the pot or pan on the gas and let it get hot. Pour the ingredients into it and close the pot completely. Let the cake cook on low heat for about 35 minutes.
Step 5: After baking, place the cake in a suitable dish and decorate it with dark chocolate if you wish
Due to the presence of natural sugars, date juice is less harmful for diabetic patients, but its consumption is not recommended for these patients.
Properties of date syrup
An adult person needs to consume 25 to 38 grams of fiber daily, and by eating dates, this amount of fiber is received by the body of an adult. Including dates in the daily diet makes the eyes healthy and helps in improving problems such as restless sleep.
